Split Jerks

2 second pause in catch. Focus on good footwork.

Part B:
2 Rounds
10 Deadlifts (225/155)
15 DB Thrusters (50/35)
10 Pull ups
Rest=Work

Each round should be treated as its own sprint. Rest after the the first round. Rest period is however long it takes you to finish the first round.
