Part A: DB High Pull(max reps on each side x 4 sets )

Use 33% Body Weight for Dumbbell and complete strict high pulls on one side then switch to other

*Tempo - the lowering should always be slower than the up.
Rest 2-4 minutes between sets.
Score = last set of Right and Left side combined.

Part B:
7 Box Jumps (24/20)
7 Burpees
7 Wall Balls (20/14)

Pick a solid pace and stick to it.
