100m Overhead lunge (45lbs/25lbs)
100m Broad jump
100m Bear Crawl
*Distances are the totals between the two partners. Accumulate in any fashion.
As soon as your team finishes part 1:
With a partner
Complete a 200 meter Double KB Front Rack Walk (53/35 lb KBs per hand)
*One person carries while the other person rests
Upon completion of the Double KB Front Rack Carry:
Hold a Wall Sit of 2 minutes
*Both partners are working, if one person needs to stop the time accumulated stops as well.
